Who it's for

One network. Three ways in.

Mandarine works for the people at every end of the machine — the venues that host it, the operators who scale it, and the brands that sell through it. Here's what each side gets.

Location hosts

Turn unused square footage into a passive revenue line and a genuinely useful amenity — without spending a dollar on equipment or lifting a finger to run it.

Hotels · gyms · offices · residential · transit · clinics

Zero capex

We supply, install, and own the machine. You provide the space and the power.

Revenue share

Collect an agreed share of every sale, paid out on a clear, regular schedule.

No operations

Stocking, servicing, and payments are all on us. Nothing lands on your staff.

A real amenity

Guests, members, and residents get convenient, reliable, cashless access on site.

Operators

Run a fleet without assembling one. Hardware, payments, monitoring, and supply arrive already wired together on a single console — so you scale routes, not vendor relationships.

Route operators · regional partners · franchise groups

One platform

Replace a six-vendor stack with a single system that already talks to itself.

Live fleet health

Sales, uptime, and stock levels for every unit in real time, in one place.

Network purchasing

Buy supply and hardware at network scale across all three markets.

Backed logistics

A Florida staging hub and a 50-state hardware backbone behind every route.

Brand partners

CPG brands · beverages · local makers · advertisers

Premium shelf space

Product placement inside resorts, airports, gyms, and offices.

Screen inventory

On-machine ad placements at the exact point of purchase.

Real sell-through

See what moves, where, and when — by location and by market.

Multi-market reach

One agreement spanning Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

How placement works

From empty corner to earning machine.

Four steps, and the operations stay with us the whole way through.

01

Survey the space

We assess footfall, power, and product fit, then model what the spot can earn.

02

Install & connect

The unit arrives configured, online, and taking cashless payments from day one.

03

Stock & monitor

Demand data drives restocking; telemetry keeps it full, cold, and running.

04

Share the revenue

You collect your share automatically. We carry the operations and the risk.

Common questions

The short answers.

What does it cost a host to get a machine?

Nothing. Mandarine owns and operates the hardware. Hosts provide the space and power and share in the revenue — there's no equipment cost and no service burden.

Which locations are a good fit?

Anywhere people gather and wait or pass through regularly — hotels, gyms, offices, residential buildings, transit points, and clinics. We model the footfall before committing to a placement.

How are payments handled?

Every unit is cashless-first: card, tap, and mobile wallets across all three markets, plus ATH Móvil in Puerto Rico. Sales reconcile automatically and revenue shares are paid on a set schedule.

Do you operate in all three markets today?

The network is built around Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic, with Florida acting as the supply and staging hub for the islands. Reach out and we'll confirm coverage for your specific location.

Who keeps the machines running?

We do — end to end. Stocking, servicing, payments, and monitoring all sit with Mandarine, so a host or operator never has to chase a fault or count cash.
